Important information

This offer is valid during store opening hours, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 8pm. It applies to the number of people indicated on the ticket (Solo, Duo or Trio), and does not include a personal shopper service.

The 12% VAT refund is reserved for residents outside the European Union. It is available upon presentation of an original passport for any purchase of at least € 100.01 made over a period of three days (detailed conditions in store).

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the visit.

We were a group of 6 and we weren't sure what to expect, although we had seen the reviews for this experience were great. Annie was our host and she was just incredible, looked after us wonderfully and we had such a fab time! Things we noted which are maybe not evident from the description online... (i) the taxi at the end is paid for - you just tell them where you want to go, which was ace (ii) Annie got us onto the glass walkway with queue jump, kindly escorted us there too; glad I didn't book tickets! (iii) the lunch situation is a voucher for the gourmet Galeries Lafayette building across the road, you choose a sandwich or 2 patisseries and a drink, they were really nice sandwiches (iv) visit the terrace on the 7th floor, it's cool! This experience is well worth doing, and thank you Annie for making our visit amazing!!

Its my annual visit- and always a joy to be in Annie’s great hands. Perfect way to rest between floors, yummy snack at Dallyou, and lets not forget the bubbles. See you in June!!
