We were a group of 6 and we weren't sure what to expect, although we had seen the reviews for this experience were great. Annie was our host and she was just incredible, looked after us wonderfully and we had such a fab time! Things we noted which are maybe not evident from the description online... (i) the taxi at the end is paid for - you just tell them where you want to go, which was ace (ii) Annie got us onto the glass walkway with queue jump, kindly escorted us there too; glad I didn't book tickets! (iii) the lunch situation is a voucher for the gourmet Galeries Lafayette building across the road, you choose a sandwich or 2 patisseries and a drink, they were really nice sandwiches (iv) visit the terrace on the 7th floor, it's cool! This experience is well worth doing, and thank you Annie for making our visit amazing!!

Its my annual visit- and always a joy to be in Annie’s great hands. Perfect way to rest between floors, yummy snack at Dallyou, and lets not forget the bubbles. See you in June!!

営業時間内の20時半まで利用できると知っていたから15時からの訪問にしたのに17時までの利用しかできないと言われ、慌てて買い物をすることになり、パリでの買い物を楽しみにしていたのに本当に残念でした。
またタクシーも利用できなかったので高額なバックを買ったのに1キロ近くスリの多いパリの街中を緊張して歩くことになり本当に疲れました。
何のためにこちらのサービスを利用したのか全く分かりません。無意味でお金を捨てたようなものです。ストライキ中だから仕方ないと言われても許されることではないと思います。タクシー代だけでも返してほしいです。
友人にも勧めないですし、TripAdvisorにも詳しく酷評しておきます。本当に失望しました。
