This was an absolutely perfect stay in the concierge lounge. We received a very friendly welcome and our every wish was met. In total, we visited the lounge five times during our seven-hour shopping stay, where we relaxed and enjoyed champagne and snacks. The staff kept our purchases safe so that we could enjoy the department store again without carrying our bags. Every time we came back, all the employees were happy and celebrated with us the beautiful things we had bought. Thank you to everyone who worked in the Concierge Lounge that day.

We liked the greeting when we finally figured out where the concierge was. We did not have time to return to rest and the restaurant was not good. All of the other restaurants looked much better.
The concierge Sylvia was wonderful.

Forget carrying winter coats, bags and bags of purchases and long lines at le toilettes. Spend the money and DO THIS. Completely stress free shopping experience and even an included G7 taxi ride home. Cedric made DeTaxe a breeze, and ALL the ladies working Monday 15 Jan were fab! I will always book this from now on during my Annual Soldes trips. Merci all

営業時間内の20時半まで利用できると知っていたから15時からの訪問にしたのに17時までの利用しかできないと言われ、慌てて買い物をすることになり、パリでの買い物を楽しみにしていたのに本当に残念でした。
またタクシーも利用できなかったので高額なバックを買ったのに1キロ近くスリの多いパリの街中を緊張して歩くことになり本当に疲れました。
何のためにこちらのサービスを利用したのか全く分かりません。無意味でお金を捨てたようなものです。ストライキ中だから仕方ないと言われても許されることではないと思います。タクシー代だけでも返してほしいです。
友人にも勧めないですし、TripAdvisorにも詳しく酷評しておきます。本当に失望しました。
